Takeout at PKS By the Shore is the same food we serve at the tables, put together to order and packed so it travels.
That means steak and pepper wraps cut in half with a cup of coleslaw on the side, pulled brisket stacked on a pretzel roll, crispy fish sandwiches with onion rings, stadium hot dogs and chicken fingers for the kids. Everything comes off the same board you see when you walk in.
We are on Norwood Ave in the Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, an easy stop on the way home from the beach in Deal, Allenhurst or Long Branch. Grab it, go, and eat wherever you like.
Nights nobody wants to cook
- You are coming off the beach. Sandy, tired and hungry, and the last thing anyone wants is a dining room. Pick up a bag and eat on the porch.
