What catering looks like here

The same sandwiches, made for a whole room

Catering at PKS By the Shore is our regular menu, scaled up. The pastrami, the pulled brisket, the turkey and roast beef on pretzel rolls, all built in the same kitchen that feeds the counter every day.

When you order for a group, you are not getting a separate party menu that tastes like it came off a truck. You are getting the food people already stop in for, stacked and packed so it travels well and goes around the table easily. Sliders are a natural fit for a crowd, since everyone can grab one of each and come back for more.

Sides round it out. Fries and coleslaw sit right alongside the sandwiches, and we are happy to talk through what makes sense for the size of your group and the kind of gathering you are hosting. Not sure where to start? Tell us how many people and what they like, and we will help you shape it.
